As Senior Managing Director of Client Services & Development, Drew draws on 40 years of experience in national strategic advisory and business development to expand 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Asset Services and Agency Leasing reach along the East Coast. In this capacity, he is responsible for further developing best-in-class service for all clients while focusing on enhancing the value of their real estate.

 

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址 in 2023, Drew spent nearly 30 years at Trammell Crow Company (TCC), expanding brokerage and asset services across all classes, including mixed-use, retail, office, medical and industrial. He built TCC鈥檚 brokerage practice in the Mid-Atlantic from the ground up, growing the service line to one of the largest in the region, representing over 25 million square feet, and providing strategic leadership for a portfolio of national and international clients. Prior to TCC鈥檚 merger with CBRE, Drew led the TCC institutional practice group nationally. Post-merger, he co-led CBRE鈥檚 Strategic Account team, resulting in a total asset services portfolio of over 500 million square feet.
