Mark serves as Managing Director for 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Phoenix office, overseeing the development and expansion of new opportunities within the region and across the platform. Mark鈥檚 expertise lies in Advisory Services, spanning various service lines within the Phoenix metropolitan area and the 星空体育官方网址 group of companies.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址 in January 2018, Mark鈥檚 25-year career encompassed two distinct markets in Seattle and Phoenix, where he cultivated a comprehensive and multifaceted understanding of the marketplace. He most recently held the position of Director in the office group at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix. During his tenure with the firm spanning over 12 years, clients consistently recognized his innovative and entrepreneurial approach. Mark鈥檚 responsibilities included representing developers, landlords, and tenants, providing site selection and dispositional advice to property owners, facilitating joint ventures, and offering leasing advisory services and strategic planning across a diverse range of asset types. Prior to his role at Cushman & Wakefield, Mark held a position at CBRE in Seattle, Washington.
