TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Chief Revenue Officer for 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services and a member of 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Executive Committee, Chip helps define platform strategy and drives sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships and resource optimization. With a proven track record leading teams and scaling corporate initiatives, he is responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities, including new business development and expansion of existing client relationships across geographies, service lines and product types. Chip is also responsible for P&L performance in the Western U.S. and Texas and is committed to driving long-term value for stakeholders while maintaining the firm鈥檚 reputation for excellence and integrity.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Chip has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He began his career with Trammell Crow Company and joined 星空体育官方网址 in 1991. During his tenure, he has held senior leadership positions that have included local, regional and national oversight for agency leasing, asset services, investment sales and tenant advisory. He has been instrumental in 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 geographic expansion and the establishment of a Young Professionals initiative that brings together the next generation of leaders through networking, idea exchange, business development and community service. In 2018, Chip spearheaded the framework for the company鈥檚 Strategic Account Management program, a highly structured, coordinated approach that offers top-tier clients deep business intelligence, customized research and targeted service offerings through a dedicated relationship manager and account management team.
