Sue specializes in property management for various properties in the Northern Virginia area. Here she bids contracts, manages engineering staff, assembles annual budgets and prepares monthly financial and property reports.

Sue joined 星空体育官方网址 in December of 2009. Prior to joining the firm she served for 11 years as a Design & Procurement Coordinator for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Management, a Real Estate Investment Trust firm. Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Sue also worked as a Property Assistant at Deutsche Bank, an international banking and financial services company.

 

In addition, Sue is part of a team which manages 772,869 square feet of industrial space in Dulles, VA and an 11-building, 815,962 square foot portfolio in Chantilly, VA.

Sue is currently working on obtaining her Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University, located in Fairfax, VA. She is also working towards obtaining her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and has professional aspirations to become involved in the international Commercial Real Estate industry.
