Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a Senior Associate in 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Austin office, Marshall specializes in agency leasing for office and medical office assets for various institutional, regional, and private clients. He is responsible for project representation, business  analysis, transaction/lease negotiation, deal coordinating, prospecting and market intelligence. In addition, Marshall is involved in tenant advisory services and is engaged in business development pursuits for the Central Texas region.

Since joining 星空体育官方网址 in 2019, Marshall has played a key role in 150+ value-creating transactions resulting in company-wide recognition. Marshall鈥檚 expertise, client-focused approach and work ethic have contributed to strong relationships with many institutional clients, including Pacific Oak Capital Partners,The RMR Group, Barings, Healthcare Realty Trust, Welltower, Healthpeak Properties, as well as many other local and regional clients.
 
Prior to this role, Marshall served as an Intern at 星空体育官方网址 throughout his undergrad years.

Marshall received his bachelor鈥檚 degree in urban studies from The University of Texas at Austin and completed the Real Estate Certificate Program with the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
