Lavarias will work alongside Chief Human Resources Officer Allison Allen to support strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and drive talent solutions across the firm.
With nearly a decade of experience in talent management, Lavarias specializes in building inclusive, high-performing teams and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals. This includes partnering with regional HR teams to implement change management programs and support every stage of the employee lifecycle.

At San Diego State University, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Arts in postsecondary educational leadership.
