As a Human Resources Organizational Development Strategist, Kati will support HR strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and drive talent solutions across the firm.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Kati started her career in higher education, working in International Admissions at UCLA. After a few years in higher education, she changed career paths and began her career in Human Resources at Ernst & Young LLP (EY). Over her ten-year career at EY, Kati led enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives focused on early career talent, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term workforce development and retention. She specializes in building inclusive, high-performing teams and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals. This includes partnering with regional HR teams to implement change management programs and support every stage of the employee lifecycle.
EDUCATION
Kati earned her bachelor's and master鈥檚 degrees in psychology and educational leadership from San Diego State University.
