HOUSTON – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces two office leases totaling 39,340 square feet at 1177 West Loop South, a Class A office building known as Eleven77. The transactions include an expansion and relocation of long-time tenant Chilton Capital Management, LLC, and a new lease by Dean & Draper Insurance as the firm moves its headquarters to the West Loop submarket. 星空体育官方网址’s Kelli Gault, Doug Little and John Heard represented the landlord, Hicks Ventures, in negotiations.
Chilton Capital Management, a financial advisory firm and tenant at Eleven77 since 2007, expanded its footprint by approximately 3,000 square feet and relocated within the building to occupy 13,541 square feet. Dean & Draper, a Houston-based insurance brokerage, leased 25,840 square feet as part of a headquarter relocation from 3131 W Alabama in the Greenway Plaza submarket.
