Most notably, John specializes in leasing services, including lease and sale transaction management and negotiation, as well as business development and marketing on behalf of large institutional and private real estate investors. He is focused on enhancing value for his clients by maintaining an acute understanding of the market and how each client can maximize their investment value. John also represents users of space and advises on real estate decisions to enhance strategic goals.

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, John worked at the Texas Medical Center where his role as Real Estate Manager included involvement in the leasing, development, and asset management of the 1,400-acre campus. During that time, he was involved in the master planning and execution of TMC3, a $1.5 billion, 37-acre Medical Research Campus.
