Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Wimberly is the Senior Property Manager for Phoenix Tower, a premier office tower in the Greenway Plaza area owned by Group RMC. She also manages a 1M SF portfolio of Clarion Partners assets, including a class A office building complex, Westchase Park. Additionally, Wimberly provides oversight and reporting services for Helios Plaza, a class AA office building in the Energy Corridor. Recently, she partnered with 星空体育官方网址 Development Company to strategize future operational functions of The RO, a first-class mixed-use development in the River Oaks area.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Wimberly began her real estate career with 星空体育官方网址 in 2014. She worked as a tenant services coordinator, an assistant property manager, and a property manager on Comerica Office Buildings, notably Resurgens Plaza, a 25-story Class A office tower, in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta, Georgia, as well as the 11-story Class A office tower known as One Sugar Creek in Sugarland, Texas. Wimberly served as the property manager at 1000 Main, an approximately 840,000 SF class AA office tower with retail offerings in Downtown Houston, Texas, where she completed $6.6M in capital projects and completed over $9M in tenant improvements and speculative suite buildouts. Joining Clarion Partners Houston office portfolio, she closed out a $16M insurance claim and completed over $8M in capital improvements and tenant buildouts. She assisted in the trade of Ten West Corporate Center. As the Senior Property Manager, she has a proven track record of building award-winning teams and executing large-scale, complex property transitions with minimal historical data. As the liaison between property teams and ownership groups, she excels at managing loan requirements, interfacing with portfolio teams and navigating atypical asset-level requests. She takes pride in partnering with leasing teams to best market an office asset to maximize landlord returns. She has functional experience in property and construction management, including tenant relations, lease administration and property financial administration. Additionally, her clients have included Group RMC, Clarion Partners, AGC Equity Partners, Union Investment Real Estate, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance, Barings Real Estate Advisors, Equus Capital Partners, Buchanan Street Partners, Hudson Advisors and Stockbridge.

Wimberly served as the 星空体育官方网址 Experience Houston Ambassador, allowing her to deploy the first-in-class service standard delivered on all 星空体育官方网址-managed properties to the Houston asset services teams.

EDUCATION

Wimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. She is currently working to complete her CPM designation.

She is a member of the Houston chapter of Building Owners & Managers (BOMA), where she was awarded 鈥淐ommittee Chair of the Year鈥� for her role in the Special Events Committee. Additionally, she was awarded 鈥淵oung Professional of the Year鈥� for the city of Houston and was an active member of the Leadership Lyceum class of 2020.

Wimberly holds her real estate license in both the State of Texas and the State of Georgia.
