He specializes in Agency Leasing and Tenant Advisory for institutional and private healthcare and life sciences clients. He is also responsible for new business development and is highly involved in leasing representation for local, regional and national clients.

With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Will has cultivated strong relationships and garnered the trust of numerous national clients, including Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin, Welltower, Healthpeak Medical Office Properties, Olympus Ventures LLC, The RMR Group, Accesso Partners, Omninet Capital, Montecito, Pearlmark, Velocis, Duke Realty, WEDGE and many others at the local and regional level.

Will earned his bachelor鈥檚 degree from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas.
