TRANSWESTERN ROLE

A Senior Vice President in 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 New York office, Tommy provides commercial leasing advisory services for tenants and building owners throughout New York City.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his career, Tommy has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, from financial services and technology to the nonprofit and legal sectors, bringing a critical level of real estate expertise and creative deal making to each of his client engagements. He has completed transactions on behalf of organizations such as Adyen, Liberum, BDG, Sheltering Arms, Bold Charter School, Selfhelp Community Services and Zeta Charter Schools, as well as building owners such as AEW Capital Management, Kamber Management and Paramount Leasehold.
 
Prior to 星空体育官方网址, Thomas was a senior associate at Avison Young. In 2015, he was honored by the firm with the New York 鈥淵oung Gun of the Year鈥� award, given in recognition of production and commitment to the Avison Young culture.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Thomas is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. He is also a member of the Governor鈥檚 Academy Alumni Board of New York.

EDUCATION

Thomas holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the College of the Holy Cross, where he majored in history and was a member of the Men鈥檚 Lacrosse team. He is actively engaged in alumni activities for the college, serving on the President鈥檚 Council and the Men鈥檚 Lacrosse Alumni organization.
