Steve is an Executive Vice President of 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Agency Leasing team. In this role, he advises and represents commercial real estate owners on generating value and leasing office space throughout the Chicago suburban submarkets. 

Steve is well-respected in the market, having spent over 30 years in commercial real estate. He has advised and represented landlords with the acquisition, repositioning and leasing of commercial property throughout multiple Chicago-area submarkets. Throughout his career, Steve has led the leasing activities on over 8 million square feet of office lease transactions on behalf of prominent owners.  He is a highly regarded suburban real estate expert, having continuously provided superior advice in developing and implementing creative marketing and leasing programs, acquisition analysis, market and trend analysis, and business development. Notable clients have included GEM Realty Capital, GLL Real Estate Partners, Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. and Goldman Sachs. 

 

Steve earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
