Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Bob Krass is an Associate for the 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Healthcare team, based in Dallas. He supports healthcare accounts while also acting as an integral member in the real estate growth and strategy development of the Healthcare team.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, Bob worked for CBRE. Starting out his career as an internal accountant, he progressed through the ranks and was promoted to a Portfolio Analyst, where he managed and oversaw $235M of international real estate for CBRE鈥檚 3rd largest client (AT&T). He was then promoted again to the role of a Transaction Manager for a healthcare account. In this role, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 225 active leases, totaling 1.3M SF across the North Texas region, and has completed over 100 transactions from 2019 to present.
 
His work specializes in transaction leasing, market analysis and research, and strategic real estate planning to ensure maximum efficiency for his clients.

Bob is Texas Real Estate License holder and is a member of TREC鈥檚 Young Guns and NTCAR鈥檚 Young Professional Forum.

EDUCATION

Bob is Texas Real Estate License holder and is a member of TREC鈥檚 Young Guns and NTCAR鈥檚 Young Professional Forum. A Kansas City native, he graduated with a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Arkansas and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity there. He is an avid sports fan and loves just about anything that includes being outdoors.
