CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During a more than 20-year career in commercial real estate, Patrick has completed more than 10 million square feet of transactions on behalf of clients including Procter & Gamble, NASCAR, Kelley Drye & Warren, American Red Cross, VTS and Mudrick Capital Management. Prior to focusing exclusively on tenant representation, Patrick had negotiated several major Manhattan leases for prominent owners such as Brookfield Properties and the Trump Organization. Before joining 星空体育官方网址, Patrick was a Managing Director at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Patrick is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and has been recognized as a top producer every year for the past 10 years. He serves on 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 board of directors and the executive committee.

EDUCATION

Patrick earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Dickinson College and an associate鈥檚 degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University.
