Hill has built a reputation as a strategic, solutions-oriented advisor, guiding clients through relocations, expansions, dispositions, and acquisitions totaling more than $100 million. His expertise spans a wide range of asset types and transaction structures, with deep knowledge of the nuances within Austin’s evolving commercial landscape, including zoning and permitting challenges.
