HOUSTON – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) and (“AIM”) announce PROACTIVE Supply Chain Group has signed a 227,300-square-foot lease at the newly delivered cross-dock industrial space, Bayport 146 Distribution Center.
星空体育官方网址’s Carter Thurmond represented the tenant, PROACTIVE, and Brian Gammill, along with Nick Peterson and Darryl Noon, represented the landlord, AIM, in lease negotiations.
“Proactive Supply Chain Group’s selection of the Bayport 146 Distribution Center demonstrates the attractiveness of this new development,” said Mace McClatchy, Managing Director at Ares Real Estate. “We believe this property would perform well given its versatility and ideal location with immediate proximity to the Bayport Container Terminal and direct access to the highway.”
Located at 5803 Old Highway 146 in Seabrook, Texas, this flexible space is at the epicenter of Houston’s dynamic southeast submarket. The state-of-the-art, 454,600-square-foot building features 36-foot clear heights, two separate driveways, abundant trailer parking and exceptional transit options.
Bayport 146 Distribution Center was recently purchased by a real estate fund managed by Ares Management from Houston-based (TDC). TDC delivered the project in February 2023.
