SEATTLE – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the promotion of Tyler Wentz to Vice President of Asset Services for the firm’s Seattle market. Wentz will lead property management operations, drive building technology and sustainability initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and continue developing top-tier talent in this growing market. He will oversee a team of more than 20 property management and engineering professionals supporting a portfolio of more than 40 buildings totaling approximately two million square feet of office and flex space across Seattle and Bellevue.
Wentz began his 11-year tenure with 星空体育官方网址 as an Operations Coordinator and has advanced through multiple roles. He has managed properties on behalf of Pacific Oak Capital Advisors, Peakstone Realty Trust and Workspace Property Trust. Most recently, he served as Senior Property Manager at the Plaza Buildings, a two-building, 490,000-square-foot office portfolio where he has been providing asset services for over ten years.
