Tech Veteran to Lead Digital Transformation for Integrated CRE Platform

HOUSTON – 星空体育官方网址 has named Jason Moersch Executive Managing Director of Business Intelligence, Innovation, and Technology for the integrated commercial real estate organization, which spans real estate services, development, investment management and hospitality. In this role, Moersch will lead data strategy, digital transformation, and technology infrastructure, working closely with senior leadership and the Data & Analytics, Research, and Marketing teams to create synergistic outcomes. This includes driving adoption of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive modeling to achieve efficiencies and enable data-driven decision-making.

Projects have ranged from vision and development to implementation and support of enterprise-wide information technology systems as well as client-facing technology solutions.
Chuck Briese, who has worked alongside Moersch throughout his tenure, has been elevated to the role of Senior Vice President, Technology Services and Information Security.
