In this newly created role, Leathers will apply more than 15 years of leadership experience in capital markets advisory, investment management, and principal acquisitions to maximize outcomes for healthcare clients nationally.

Before joining 星空体育官方网址, Steve was part of JLL’s healthcare real estate capital markets team in New York, where he specialized in providing capital markets solutions for medical office buildings, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, acute care hospitals, and other post-acute properties. Steve has advised various institutional owners, including public REITs, private equity, developers, healthcare providers, and private owners on assignments with an aggregate value of over $5.6 billion.  He has also held positions at investment management firms Vanbarton Group, LLC, ARC Healthcare Trust, and Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, which sponsored investment vehicles that acquired and managed healthcare properties.
