The direct vacancy rate, which increased by 30 basis points from the delivery of nine buildings totaling 296,000 square feet, is expected to decline as the sector’s construction pipeline dwindles and leasing momentum accelerates.
An Atlanta native, Topping spent seven years on SK Commercial Realty’s agency leasing team, primarily focused on office, medical office and life sciences sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He also volunteers with Andee’s Army, the USO, and Buckhead Baseball.
