Notable transactions include:
- Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia, an independent hyperbaric oxygen therapy provider, signed a new 9,100-square-foot lease.
- A nationally recognized rheumatology group executed a new lease for 7,000 square feet.
- Atlanta fertility specialist Muna Fertility signed a new 6,000-square-foot lease.
- Perinatal consultant Breastfeed Atlanta executed a new 3,500-square-foot lease, adding a third lactation center to its portfolio.
- An oral surgery center signed a new 3,500-square-foot lease.
