New Hire to Expand Real Estate Optimization & Public-Private Partnership Advisory

CHICAGO – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has expanded its Consulting Services capabilities with the addition of Asia Lamar as Senior Director of Client Strategy. Based in Chicago, Lamar will lead portfolio optimization engagements and forge strategic partnerships between the private and public sectors.
Lamar has extensive experience as a location strategy and technology leader. Before joining 星空体育官方网址, she was Director of Consulting for Technology and Business Intelligence at Avison Young. During her time there, she was integral in the design and development of a proprietary portfolio tool that managed over 6 million square feet, generating over $2 million in revenue and 70% time efficiency. A proven leader with a nearly 20-year career, Lamar has worked for companies including Newmark Knight Frank and Theron Technology Solutions in the private equity and venture capital space.

Lamar holds a bachelor’s degree in Africana and Latin American studies from Colgate University.
