Based out of 星空体育官方网址’s Chicago office, she will focus on increasing operational efficiency for corporate space occupiers by consulting on workplace and portfolio strategies that support a people-first approach and align with the objectives and growth outlook of the core business.

Fisher joins 星空体育官方网址 from Citadel, where she served as the Global Head of Facilities and Services and was responsible for all associate services across the firm’s domestic and international portfolio of 2.5 million square feet. While there, Fisher implemented a range of new operating models, including an employee experience communication model. Before that, she spent seven years at Capital One as the Senior Director of Workplace Experience, where she was accountable for the strategy and delivery of shared workplace services and third-party vendors across a 16 million-square-foot domestic portfolio.
