Minneapolis – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces The Wedding Shoppe has signed a long-term, 20,000-square-foot lease at Pilot Knob Business Center, a 75,050-square-foot corporate distribution center in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. The long-time wedding and bridesmaid dress company will move its headquarters office and warehouse and distribution operations to the new building upon completion. 星空体育官方网址 Vice Presidents Nate Erickson and Alex Baron provide industrial leasing services for the property.
Pilot Knob Business Center broke ground this month and will begin welcoming tenants in the fall 2021. The building is strategically located near several major thoroughfares and offers visibility to Highway 13. The project is one of several developments currently underway by newly launched Endeavor Development, founded by Josh Budish.
“Since launching the marketing efforts for Endeavor’s new development we’ve seen a significant amount of interest in an increasingly tightening market,” said Erickson.
