ROCKVILLE, MD – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that The Treatment and Learning Centers (TLC) has signed a 36,828-square-foot lease at 1390 Piccard Drive, a three-story, 101,853-square-foot office property in Rockville, Maryland. 星空体育官方网址 Senior Vice President Guy Copperthite advised TLC on the relocation and expansion of its facility to enhance its range of services and accommodate future growth.
“This new location is a perfect fit for TLC’s operations, including providing direct first-floor access and an outside activity area,” said Copperthite. “We appreciate the building ownership, Washington Property Company, partnering with 星空体育官方网址 to address TLC’s unique space requirements with understanding, flexibility and responsiveness.”
Founded in 1950 in Rockville, TLC is a private, non-profit organization providing speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, early intervention, testing, tutoring and counseling, and educational, vocational and other services to children and adults with differing abilities.
