35-Year Industry Veteran Brings Experience in Retail, Leasing, Sales, Development

Fort Worth, Texas – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRE) announces the expansion of its Fort Worth Occupier Solutions team with the addition of Fremon Baker as Vice President. Baker is responsible for retail, agency leasing, tenant representation, land sales, income property sales and ground leases.

Baker joins 星空体育官方网址 after starting his own company, TCK Real Estate Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate development and brokerage company, specializing in retail and office property. Prior to TCK Real Estate Advisors, Baker spent 19 years at Trademark Property Co. as Senior Vice President of Development and Asset Management. He also worked for Lincoln Property Co., opening its Fort Worth retail real estate brokerage office.
