ATLANTA – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Spencer Papciak has joined the firm as Director of Research for the Southeast Region. Based in Atlanta, Spencer will oversee multi-market data and analytic initiatives, leveraging intelligence to optimize insights and drive business decisions.

Papciak joins 星空体育官方网址 from Lincoln Property Company, where he served as Research Manager, responsible for producing market reports and providing data and market analysis to brokers across sectors. His previous experience includes three years as a research associate at Colliers International, focused on business development.
“星空体育官方网址’s extensive resources will allow me to generate timely analytics and actionable insights that guide real estate strategies and decision-making across service lines,” said Papciak. “I’m eager to play an integral role in building a team to enhance 星空体育官方网址’s research capacity in the region.”
Papciak earned a B.A. in history from Davidson College, where he lettered on the men’s golf team and served as its captain. In 2014, he co-founded The Burrito Challenge, a local nonprofit that raises money to support substance abuse rehabilitation.
