MINNEAPOLIS – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that Soar N Bounce Trampoline and Adventure Park has signed a 66,100-square-foot lease at Aurora Village Shopping Center, a 122,323-square-foot retail center located at 1801 County Road 42 West in Burnsville, Minnesota. 星空体育官方网址 Vice President Brad Kaplan and Senior Associate Molly Townsend represented the owner, Aurora Investments LLC in lease negotiations.
Soar N Bounce, an indoor trampoline and adventure park operator, currently has locations in Michigan and Pennsylvania. The company plans to open 12 additional parks, including the site in Burnsville. The Soar N Bounce at 1611 County Road 42, which will be the first location in Minnesota, is set to open in the first quarter of 2026.
“We’re excited to welcome Soar N Bounce Trampoline and Adventure Park’s to Aurora Village Shopping Center,” said Kaplan. “The current franchisee is in growth mode, and this use is a natural fit for the property, complementing the landlord’s tenant mix. The lease transaction is the largest deal by square footage in the trade area since 2018, as Burnsville continues to attract recreational entertainment retailers. The 66,100-square-foot lease accounts for 15% of the total leasing activity in the area since January 2024.

Aurora Village Shopping Center is located in the Burnsville trade area near Costco, Target, Cub Foods, and Best Buy. It is currently home to Café Zupas, Olive Garden, Raising Canes, and several national and local retailers, with one 1,500-square-foot space available. Future plans for the property include a two-tenant free-standing outlot building.
