DALLAS - 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Kobalt Investment Company has acquired a three-property medical office portfolio fully leased to Baylor Scott & White Health. 星空体育官方网址 Vice President Seth Gilford represented Kobalt in the transaction.
"This acquisition aligns perfectly with our strategy of acquiring high-quality single-tenant real estate with stable, credit-worthy tenants," said Justin Grissen, Founding Partner at Kobalt Investment Company.
The portfolio totals 31,545 square feet across three Class A medical office buildings developed in 2013 as build-to-suit locations for Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest not-for-profit health system in Texas. The properties are located at 6684 W. Adams Ave. in Temple, and 1001 and 1009 Arbor Park Dr. in Belton. All three sites are strategically positioned near major healthcare campuses, including Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple and McLane Children's flagship neonatal intensive care unit.
"Baylor Scott & White's strong financial profile and Texas market presence provide an excellent foundation for this investment," added Gilford.
