FORT WORTH – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the elevation of Kirk Kelly to Co-Managing Principal of its Fort Worth office. In this expanded role, Kelly will lead business development and recruitment efforts, deepen client relationships across the region, and continue his brokerage practice.
He will co-lead the office with Leland Prowse, who has overseen 星空体育官方网址’s Fort Worth operations for more than a decade. Prowse will continue to manage day-to-day operations, working alongside Kelly to support the team and drive performance across all service lines.

Prowse offers decades of expertise across acquisitions, dispositions, and landlord/tenant representation. Kelly brings a strong background in office and medical office real estate, advising tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers across a variety of sectors.
Together, Prowse and Kelly will guide the Fort Worth team as it continues to grow its platform and deliver exceptional client service.
