Senior Vice President Carlos Gaviria, Executive Managing Directors Ben Eisenberg and Walter Byrd and Managing Director Thomas Kresse represented the seller, Jet Engine Technology Corporation, in the sale to Dominican cigar company La Aurora USA LLC. Jonathan Lay, CCIM MSIRE MSF and Sebastian Juncadella, SIOR from Fairchild Partners, represented the buyer in the transaction.
This sale follows a 32,904-square-foot warehouse acquisition 星空体育官方网址 completed on behalf of Jet Engine Technology Corp in September.
