DENVER – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that Galloway & Company signed a 34,000-square-foot lease for its showcase headquarters at 5500 Greenwood in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The architecture and engineering firm will relocate by the end of 2021. 星空体育官方网址 Senior Vice President David Shapiro represented the landlord, Focus Property Group, in the transaction.
“We’ve seen activity pick up significantly this year,” said Ryan Simpson, Vice President, Investments at Focus Property Group. “While companies are working out plans to return to the office, many others are getting ahead of the pack and into prime spaces.”
Focus Property Group acquired 5500 Greenwood, a 71,000-square-foot office building, in 2018. Following the acquisition, Focus Property Group renovated the lobby and built an 18,000-square-foot coworking space for . Shapiro has been leasing the asset since 2006.
“5500 Greenwood is a solid office building, and Focus Property Group has done a great job of renovating the property,” Shapiro said. “Between the prime location and the landlord’s responsiveness, we were able to negotiate with Galloway & Company quickly.”
Located within the Denver Tech Center, 5500 Greenwood is near The Landmark neighborhood, which features an assortment of restaurants, entertainment and retail. The asset’s location offers excellent access to Interstate 25 and the light rail system.
Galloway & Company will have prominent signage visible from both northbound and southbound of Interstate 25. The firm is planning extensive renovations to create their long-term showcase headquarters.
