Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As Vice President, Michael is responsible for leasing and marketing a portfolio of office buildings more than 2 million square feet throughout the Houston metropolitan area, working with local and national investors.

Michael brings 25 years of experience representing owners and tenants in the Houston area.
Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址 in August 2023, Michael worked at Partners Real Estate and PMRG/Madison Marquette. In addition, he spent more than eight years at CBRE and Newmark as a Tenant Representative, representing tenants on a local, national and international level. The insight and knowledge Michael gained as a Tenant Representative helps his clients better understand what tenants are looking for as they engage the marketplace.
Michael has had success in leasing office buildings in every major submarket throughout Houston. His extensive experience and relationships allows him to cut through the noise and get deals completed.
In Michael鈥檚 short time at 星空体育官方网址, he has received two awards for Engagement of the Year and Most Deals Completed.
Some of Michael鈥檚 past and present clients include W.P. Carey, Agellan Commercial, Spire Realty Group, KBS Realty Advisors, The Praedium Group, Balcor Companies, Dornin Investment Group, InLight Capital, Keppel Houston Group, Capital Commercial, Silver Star REIT and The Cordish Companies. Michael also has extensive experience in working with Special Servicers throughout his career, including Rialto Capital, CW Capital and C-III.
