Luke serves as a Development Manager within 星空体育官方网址 Development Company鈥檚 Logistics group and is based in Houston. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new industrial development opportunities across the Houston and Austin markets. His role includes the acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, leasing and disposition of ground-up developments.

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址 in August 2023, Luke was an Acquisitions Manager with Capital Automotive Real Estate Services (CARS) in Tyson鈥檚 Corner, Virginia, where he completed the purchase and sale-leaseback of over $190 million of automotive retail properties. While at CARS, he managed a $270 million portfolio of assets with public and private clients across the United States and Canada.

Luke received a master鈥檚 in commerce and finance from The University of Virginia.
