As Vice President, Luis provides landlord representation and investment services for a wide range of commercial properties with a focus on office, retail, and industrial assets. Luis works closely with the brokerage team in all aspects of landlord representation as well as new business development and assists in the capitalization of investment real estate in Central and South Texas. He brings extensive market knowledge of the region and uses his deep understanding of current market conditions to best serve his clients in their investment strategies. Since joining 星空体育官方网址 in 2012, Luis鈥� competitive drive has contributed to his client鈥檚 success and resulted in a gross value of more than $175 million in cumulative transactions.

 

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, Luis was a Research Analyst and served as a major player for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank鈥檚 (NGKF) Regional Client Services team where he led research efforts for the company鈥檚 field offices of San Antonio and Austin. Luis was responsible for the acquisition and verification of real estate market data in order to provide accurate, timely market data and analysis of commercial real estate trends impacting the local markets. In addition, he was responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of market research data through quarterly reports. Before his tenure at NGKF, Luis held the position of Investment Analyst at AllianceBernstein, a leading global investment management & research firm, where he was part of a team responsible for managing and maintaining portfolios with an aggregated value of nearly $10 billion in AUM.
