A thirty-year retail real estate veteran, Loch specializes in Tenant Representation, Specialty/Mixed-use Project Leasing, and Investment Property Acquisition and Disposition within the 星空体育官方网址 Retail Services Group.

Throughout his career, Loch has represented some of the most well-respected companies in the retail real estate business. They include, Starbucks Coffee, CVS Pharmacy, Hillstone Restaurant Group, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Leslie鈥檚 Pool Supplies, Charming Shoppes (Lane Bryant, Justice, Dressbarn, Catherine鈥檚) Sambuca Restaurant and Fry鈥檚 Electronics. Loch played an instrumental role in the initial market strategy when many of these tenants entered the Houston market. Loch has also played a key role in disposition services for tenants such as Eckerd Drug Stores and AMC Theaters.

 

Additionally, Loch has been involved with the initial leasing of some of Houston鈥檚  most high-profile lifestyle/mixed use developments, including Market Street at The Woodlands, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and CityCentre at Town & Country. As well, Loch has helped many local and national investors acquire first class investment property for their portfolios.

Loch is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of ICSC.

Loch received a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
