Leah serves as the City Leader for 星空体育官方网址 San Antonio. In this leadership role, her objectives are to grow 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 San Antonio operations, elevate client services, attract new talent and create new business opportunities for the firm. Gallagher has a 20+ year tenure with 星空体育官方网址, most recently serving as Managing Director in the Capital Markets group based in Austin.

 

Leah was appointed to the 星空体育官方网址 Board of Directors in 2021. In Leah鈥檚 tenure with 星空体育官方网址, she served in multiple roles in both the Houston and Austin locations. Her most recent role was Managing Director for the Capital Markets group with 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Central Texas operations where she focused on the disposition and acquisition of office, retail, and industrial properties for a variety of major institutional, government, and private clients. Leah provided capital markets expertise and developed new business relationships for 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Investment Services and Capital Markets groups locally, nationally and internationally. Leah also worked closely with leasing and management personnel to advise clients on valuation maximization strategies and create optimal exit strategies for both single assets and portfolios.

 

Prior to rejoining 星空体育官方网址, Leah worked at Jones Lange LaSalle in Houston, where as Vice President of Capital Markets her responsibilities included providing capital solutions for a wide variety of investors, occupiers and clients, as well as planning and business development activities. Leah has been responsible for the valuation, sale, financing, repositioning, and recapitalization of a multitude of properties as well as advisory and receivership turnaround of troubled assets. Over the past 10 years, Leah has completed over $1.1 billion in sales transactions in Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Oklahoma City. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Leah spent 11 years with 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Houston and Austin offices providing both Investment Sales and Property Management services.

 

Leah actively participates in programs presented by: The Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Leah was recognized by Black鈥檚 Guide in 2009 as one of the Top Young Guns under the age of 35 in Houston commercial real estate. Leah also received 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Rising Star award in 2008, recognizing her achievements in investment sales. Leah is proud to serve as Treasurer of Boerne Youth Football and Cheer Association.

 

Leah received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas.
