Kate joined 星空体育官方网址 in 2018 and serves as Property Manager for the Asset Services division of 星空体育官方网址 San Antonio. She currently oversees a portfolio spanning 376,000 square feet of office and flex office properties throughout the San Antonio market. Her duties include property management, accounting, utilities management and tenant services. She is a proud member of San Antonio鈥檚 星空体育官方网址 Young Professionals and enjoys overseeing the program for the market. In 2022, Kate received the 星空体育官方网址 Young Professionals Leadership Award given at 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 National Recognition Conference, honoring her unwavering commitment to 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 guiding principles and delivering exceptional results for both clients and team members.

 

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, Kate served as an office and personal assistant for America Commercial Real Estate in Spring, Texas and brings over four years of accomplished professional experience in sales and customer service.
