Kat currently serves as the Regional Administrative Operations Manager for 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 East Region. Kat manages administrative operations and provides support for the South Florida Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions team. Kat will work closely with team members across all service lines, corporate human resources, operations as well as 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 East Region offices.  

Kat has over 10 years of experience in Commercial real estate. Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址 in 2015, Kat worked for IDI Brookfield Logistics in Atlanta, GA before transferring to Fort Lauderdale, FL to manage the South Florida office. There she demonstrated strong organizational skills, Management skills and a talent for client relations and special events. Kat worked directly with their Market Leader managing their South Florida Industrial Portfolio and maintaining a high-level understanding of the clients needs.

 

Kat鈥檚 prior experience includes 6 years in residential development working for high end residential construction firms such as Buckhead Homes and O鈥橠wyer homes in Georgia. Some of Kat鈥檚 duties included AP/ AR support, contract review, expediting, walk throughs and site selections.
