Jim began his career in 1988 with a local real estate investment and development firm specializing in the redevelopment and repositioning of under-performing real estate assets. The depth and breadth of Mr. Montez鈥檚 ability to understand complex real estate issues comes from his wide range of experience addressing his clients鈥� needs in every capacity and from all perspectives, from the Investor鈥檚 and Seller鈥檚, to the Landlord鈥檚 and Tenant鈥檚. His corporate clients include SALO, 27th Row, StoneArch Creative, Blackwell Burke, Pentair, Qwest, General Mills, The Nature Conservancy and Piper Jaffray. Jim is a Downtown Minneapolis office leasing veteran, with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily focused on landlord representation and asset repositioning.
