TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jeff Peden has more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience and is Executive Managing Director in the Houston office of 星空体育官方网址. He focuses on high-profile land for development as well as commercial investment properties.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jeff has completed more than 1,860 transactions for an aggregate value of more than $3.4 billion. With a concentration on raw and/or redevelopment land he has closed over 964 land sales totaling more than 100,000 acres with an aggregate value of $2.1 billion.
 
Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, Jeff worked for Cushman & Wakefield for over twenty-two years.
