Gabe joined 星空体育官方网址 in August of 2020, and is based in the San Francisco office. He advises clients in all aspects of their real estate needs, with an emphasis on helping clients save time and money and especially adding value by helping clients navigate through periods of economic uncertainty. Gabe brings nearly thirteen years of experience as a real estate attorney before moving to the brokerage side of real estate in 2014. During his legal career, he advised and created legal agreements for numerous real estate investment trusts (REITs), life insurance companies, and real estate funds that own commercial buildings, as well as some of the largest companies in the world, including Oracle, Google, Netflix, Adobe and Yahoo. Gabe offers a holistic approach to brokerage, serving as a real estate advisor from start to finish of all transactions while also assisting clients with real estate issues that arise even without any transaction to actively negotiate.

Gabe serves on the 星空体育官方网址 National Tenant Advisory Leadership Board to promote and foster collaboration and market information sharing, leads the Law Firm Advisory Team, and also mentors younger brokers across 星空体育官方网址 on best practices and the substantive side of real estate contract negotiations.

Gabe has been recognized as 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Western Region Top Occupier Services broker in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, Gabe was at Newmark, where he led transactions all over the world, including transactions in India, Canada, Scotland and across the United States. Gabe has also served as a speaker on numerous panels addressing various real estate topics and issues, including panels for Founders Network (multiple occasions), TriNet, and Relay Ventures. Many venture capitalists and their portfolio companies rely on his published articles when making real estate decisions, considering him one of the top real estate experts in the country for his experience and legal background. Gabe鈥檚 extensive client list has included the Golden State Warriors, Zenefits, Rakuten, Anaplan, Persistent and ScoutRFP, as well as institutional owners such as Paramount Group, Brandywine, UBS Realty and ING Clarion Partners.

Gabe received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Davis School of Law in 2001 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with distinction in 1998. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California (DRE #01916760).
