Ethan Minter focuses exclusively on occupier solutions and finding optimum real estate outcomes for his clients� needs. Ethan’s 12 years of experience in occupier solutions, transaction management, lease negotiation, financial analysis, investment sales and data analysis enable him to form strong business relationships and execute real estate transactions efficiently and effectively.

Throughout Ethan’s career he has participated in the sale or recapitalization of more than 35 million square feet of commercial real estate, with more than $3.25 billion in aggregate value. During his tenure with ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ·, Mr. Minter works along-side Michael Griffin, Principal at ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ·, as they together serve a vast number of healthcare and other clients.

 

Prior to joining ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ·, Ethan worked at Eastdil Secured, underwriting investment sales and recapitalization assignments for a variety of industries. Before that, Ethan co-founded a real estate website company that serves the investment sales community by automating all aspects of the investment sales transaction and tracking historical data for analytical research purposes.

Ethan attended Texas Christian University, where he earned a Bachelor of Finance degree with a concentration in real estate.
