Doug is Managing Director for Structured Finance and Capital Markets activities in 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Phoenix office, focused on equity and debt placement for existing properties and new construction of office, retail, multifamily, hotel and industrial properties.

Throughout his exceptional 30-year career in the Phoenix commercial real estate market, Doug has successfully negotiated more than $2.5 billion in originations through various capital sources, including life insurance companies, banks, government-sponsored entities, pension funds, conduits, opportunity funds and credit companies.

 

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, Doug was the Principal of Mueller & Associates Realty Advisors LLC, a commercial debt and equity advisory firm that worked with private and institutional clients. Previously, he founded the Phoenix office of L.J. Melody & Company, where he was responsible for developing and growing the Arizona commercial mortgage business. After CBRE acquired L.J. Melody, Doug directed the Capital Markets Group for CBRE鈥檚 Phoenix and Tucson offices. While at CBRE/Melody, he served as the designated broker and the responsible individual for the companies鈥� Arizona Real Estate Brokers鈥� licenses and Mortgage Bankers鈥� licenses, in addition to managing office affairs.

Doug earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in economics from the University of Arizona. He holds an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license.
