TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Executive Vice President in 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Tenant Advisory Group, Chris applies his vast industry experience and broad expertise to help companies design workplace strategies that meet their needs now and in the future. He leverages his strategic research, analysis and negotiation abilities to represent landlords and tenants in complex real estate transactions. And, he is responsible for expanding the firm鈥檚 tenant advisory capabilities in the greater Washington, D.C. market.

A native Washingtonian, Chris has nearly 20 years of industry experience with specialized expertise in the Bethesda market. Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, he spent 10 years at JLL, representing regional and national organizations across industries.
