As a senior vice president of the Louisiana region, Bryan directs 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Louisiana operations, including the operation of 2.5 million square feet of commercial space in New Orleans and neighboring submarkets.

Bryan, who has been with 星空体育官方网址 since 1985, entered the commercial real estate business in 1982.  Prior to relocating to New Orleans in 1998, Bryan was a managing director for 星空体育官方网址 Investment Company (TIC), where he was responsible for asset acquisitions in the Southwestern United States.  Bryan was the lead acquisition officer on 17 assets comprising three million square feet, representing in excess of $200 million in investments.

 

Prior to Bryan鈥檚 association with TIC, he was the senior marketing director at numerous office projects in Houston.   Bryan led marketing teams at the 3.25-million-square-foot Allen Center complex, the 1.25-million-square-foot Post Oak Central project, and a number of individual office buildings ranging in size from 80,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet.

Bryan earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in finance from Louisiana State University.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi.
