Bernie is an office specialist focusing on tenant and landlord advisory services of commercial office buildings throughout Northern Virginia. Active in the region鈥檚 commercial market since 1983, Bernie has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience and for 28 years has been with 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Northern Virginia office.

In the past 20 years, Bernie has negotiated transactions in excess of 10 million square feet of product encompassing over 1,000 assignments. He has been recognized as a member of 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Chairman鈥檚 Club, honoring the company鈥檚 top producers, every year since 1994, including recognition in the 2005, 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2015. Champions Club, which honors the top 25 producers nationally.

Bernie serves on the Board of Directors of the Mike Davis Foundation benefiting special education high school students since 1996. He served on the Board of Directors of the Apartment and Office Building Association from 1985 to 1991. He was a volunteer coach for Fairfax County boys鈥� and girls鈥� travel soccer and basketball teams from 1991 through 2004. He is the Chairman of Walking With Anthony and Washington Redskins Alumni Charity Celebrity Golf Tournament benefiting spiral cord accident victims since 2011.
