Alan is responsible for originating, structuring and executing investment sales transactions for institutional, corporate and private owners of real estate. His expertise includes disposition of commercial office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets. He is a senior member of 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Capital Markets Group and oversees the San Antonio and Corpus Christi markets. Alan also specializes in professional representation of corporate users of real estate on a local, regional and national level. He is a senior member of the Tenant Advisory team, and excels at transaction consulting and development of short and long-term strategic plans for clients. His career in commercial real estate began in 1990 in Houston where he later joined 星空体育官方网址 in its infancy in 1991. He has served the firm in multiple roles including Capital Markets and Tenant Advisory. Alan has won numerous production and Top Broker awards for San Antonio and Central Texas.
