TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Leading 星空体育官方网址鈥檚 Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions practice, Sarah partners with regional leadership on strategic planning and oversees 30 Tenant Advisory brokers across the Mid-Atlantic, prioritizing initiatives, deploying resources, and managing recruitment and retention. Sarah leverages her extensive leadership experience in harmonizing marketing, sales and brokerage to develop productive synergies across the firm鈥檚 platform and enhance service delivery. She collaborates with 星空体育官方网址 offices nationally to maximize outcomes for clients with single and multi-market needs.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining 星空体育官方网址, Sarah catalyzed and grew CBRE鈥檚 Mid-Atlantic Occupier business, leading annual planning, business development and marketing, targeting multi-market accounts and spearheading pursuit strategies. She served as co-leader of CBRE鈥檚 DC office and a member of the Mid-Atlantic leadership team, recruiting top producers, managing team formation and orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.
 
Sarah spent 10 years at Whole Foods as Director of Marketing, where she instituted innovative growth plans and immersive customer experiences for 35 stores, surpassing $1B in annual sales.
